Tribal Collections has taken measures to ensure that shopping online with us is a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.Due to Turkish regulations our payments are offline so you can call us with your credit card details or use Bank Transfer or Western Union .Whilst not the quickest way for us or our customers we have been successfully working online using these methods for the last 5 years.

Shipping and Insurance

• We ship free worldwide on most orders.

• Dispatch time is two working days after clear payment using our shipping partners, UPS &,Fedex

• Delivery takes 5-7 days for Europe/America, and 1-2 weeks for Australia and New Zealand. 

• All items will be shipped to the address,that you indicate when checking out.We are able to ship to FPO & APO addresses.Due to security reasons we can not ship to PO boxes.

• Tracking  numbers can be supplied so that you are able to follow your shipment on UPS/DHL websites.

• All items are fully insured for the total purchase value.

• Any customs duties levied in your home country are payable by you (There is no additional taxes in USA for rugs )

• Most countries, except USA, are subject to VAT (value added tax) and customs duties.Since rates vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Customers ordering from European countries are exempt from customs charges,however they will be billed for VAT by UPS or Fedex
